This is a backport of all recent Insteon PLM work to the 4.09 branch. 2. In Device Manager, there is a button to add Insteon devices from the Cortexa device manager into the PLM database. This is necessary for Cortexa to receive device level/status updates from the devices. However, not all devices can be added this way, including outlets and lamp modules (this is a limitation of the Insteon protocols implmented by those devices); those devices must be linked manually with the PLM. We will publish instructions for this soon on the Cortexa knowledge base. 3. At Cortexa startup, a background process is kicked off to query each Insteon device in Device Manger for its current status. This may take several minutes, and might decrease responsiveness of Insteon devices in the Cortexa UI while it is running. 4. Cortexa is now able to communicate with an Insteon Power Line Modem (PLM), this build specifically integrates support for this hardware specifically. 2. Insteon lights can be controlled via the Cortexa web page, their ON/OFF status and percent level status updates and reflects accurately. 4. On boot up, the Cortexa will query the status of all the configured lights in the network and update the web page appropriately. 5. Devices originally added with PLC should still work. 6. Groups must be set up either manually or through Insteon HouseLinc software. We are considering adding direct Group creation functionality from the Cortexa Sub-System setup page side. 7. Video and message alerts for browser interface. The "Send Touchscreen Command" macro actions now cause the web browser interface to show either a camera or message "Alert" in a new "Alerts" page. At present, all alerts are shown in all browser clients ( not selected by user). Multiple alerts can be active at once, and the user can select which alert to view in the Alerts page. The user can choose to close an alert, which will remove it from the alerts list. Alerts are removed automatically from the list when they expire. 2. Security zones on the Cortexa page used to not show correctly after a Cortexa reboot or after 1 hour. This is related only to the HAI OMNI Pro II security model. This issue has been resolved, security zones are now correct after a reboot or HAI OMNI PRO II connection reset. 3.
